It has its own door with lock so you have your own full privacy. You have a private kitchen, bahroom and toilet. Registration possible when rent longer than 7 months. There will be two contracts with a total price €1114 per month. Internet and €50 is included as advance costs for energy, water and gas costs. - Base rental contract with service costs - Rent for furniture for your room which is allready installed for you at move-in. - The base rent is €834 and is adverticed. The full deposit needs to be paid to the advertisers personal account within 24 hours after booking to secure the booking. Given both the landlord as the tenant are only protected for the first month rent the contract we set up starts one month after the booked period on this platform.
